By accessing and using the SensusTouch website ("the Site") and purchasing Keyboards, Mice, Headphones, or any other products ("Products"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or services.

2. User Conduct and Orders

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. When placing an order, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate and complete. SensusTouch reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as Product availability, errors in pricing or description, or suspected fraud.

3. Intellectual Property Protection

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of SensusTouch or its suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on this content without our express written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SensusTouch, its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product(s) giving rise to the claim.

The Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SensusTouch does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Refund & Return Policy

We strive for your complete satisfaction. You may return most new, unopened Products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be in their original packaging with all accessories. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

For defective or damaged Products, please contact us at [email protected] immediately upon receipt to arrange a replacement or refund. Shipping costs for returns due to our error will be covered by SensusTouch.

6. Modifications to Terms

SensusTouch reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. The most current version will be posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
