Shipping Method & Processing
We currently offer one reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Destinations & Rates
We ship to most international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the total weight of your items. The final shipping cost will be displayed and charged during the checkout process before you complete your purchase. Please note that we do not offer free shipping at this time.
Delivery Times
Delivery times for Standard Shipping vary by location:
- Domestic (U.S.): 5-10 business days.
- International: 10-20 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your package's journey.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, you are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to SensusTouch. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to correct an address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information indicates your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or carrier first. For packages lost in transit or damaged upon arrival, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
